Staffing Updates from the SWACH Team
As we move through 2025, we're excited to share some important staffing updates that reflect the growth, rest and new opportunities our team members are experiencing.
Michelle Ahmed, our Director of the HealthConnect Hub, is taking a well-deserved six-week sabbatical and will return in May. Michelle’s leadership has been instrumental in building out our care coordination efforts across Southwest Washington, and we’re grateful she has this time to rest and recharge. We look forward to welcoming her back soon.
Sarah Dryfoos, Director of Equity and Collaborative Impact (ECI), has returned to the team after parental leave. We're happy to have them back and thrilled to celebrate this new chapter in their life. Their leadership of the Equity and Collaborative Impact coalition and drive to advance equity-centered initiatives have been and will continue to be-a vital part of what we do here at SWACH.
Janet Sanchez has taken on a new role as Accounting Senior Specialist. She's been a valued member of our team for years as our Administrative Coordinator, bringing care, attention to detail and a strong team spirit to her work. We're excited to see her take on this new role in our finance team.
SWACH is proud to work alongside such a passionate, evolving team—and we’re grateful for the community that continues to support and engage with us through each season of growth.
