Michelle brings over a decade of experience in community health to her role as Pathways HUB Coordinator for SWACH. She’s passionate about improving community health, supporting community health workers, and helping people navigate complex healthcare systems.

Michelle has significant experience working with uninsured community members and the Medicaid population. Past roles and responsibilities include care coordination, patient education, and management of an outreach grant and volunteer program supporting women’s health. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics. Her credentials include certifications as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and Professional in Healthcare Quality.

Michelle also speaks Spanish and Russian.
