SWACH (Sustainable Ways to Advance Community Health) Grants
SWACH grants provide unrestricted funding (up to $25,000) to support community organizations in Clark, Skamania and Klickitat Counties. Applications are due by the end of each quarter for consideration. Submitted applications are reviewed by SWACH’s Community Voice and Equity Committee, which is a sub-committee of our board of trustees comprised of community members across our three County region. Collaborative Funding 2024-2025
SWACH is offering partnership and funding anchored in a cohort experience to build CBO capacity to work together to support workforce and the organizations that empower them.
Forecasted Opportunity: Strengthening Rural Health in Southwest Washington 2025
SWACH will accept proposals for programs or initiatives that strengthen a robust rural health network of community and health-based organizations addressing rural health needs.

Social Justice Resiliency Fund partnership
In partnership with the Community Foundation of Southwest Washington, SWACH partners as a significant funder of the Social Justice Resiliency Fund;
“The Social Justice and Resiliency Fund provides rapid-response funding to organizations that address emerging challenges that continue to impact historically marginalized and underserved communities in Clark, Cowlitz, and Skamania counties. These grants focus on the following:
Operating support for organizations led by Black, Indigenous, or People of Color, culturally specific organizations, and coalitions seeking to reimagine the systems they work in.
Investments in organizations focused on systemic change, policy, and advocacy efforts; and/or
Capacity-building support to organizations to invest in equity work and address the disparities within their organization and/or programming”
