Welcoming The Next Door to the HealthConnect Hub

The Next Door has been delivering services in the Columbia Gorge for more than four decades. They thrive on building and providing the resources for healthy communities for children and families. They offer programs focused on promoting health services, family and youth services, treatment services and many more.

We are excited announce The Next Door as a HealthConnect Integrated Partner. With this new partnership will be able to support Native communities in Klickitat and Skamania counties. As a new HealthConnect Partner Agency- their program focus opportunity is HealthConnect Pathways.

We look forward to strengthening the HealthConnect network and regional community-based care coordination infrastructure though partnership with you and to working collectively to improve equity, access, and whole person health for community members.
