The Accountable Communities of Health have worked closely with the Washington State Department of Health regarding health equity zones.

We’ve recently had multiple new team members join SWACH, and have even had multiple promotions and position changes.

Each year, we make an effort to participate in community-centered events that give us a chance to connect with the community and make meaningful connections.
