Each month, as part of the HealthConnect Bulletin, we feature resources that may be useful to the community-based workforce. These resources come from SWACH’s very own Community-Based Worker Specialist, Brandi Williams.
Diapers and pullups give away at Bridge View Resource Center before 11 a.m.
Baby Formula available at Fred Meyer on Mill Plain in Cascade Park and Fred Meyer on Rosa Parks Parkway in Portland (consider calling in advance as supply can vary)
Bus Passes Available on July 1st (Brandi only receives 10 and they go fast. Her contact information is below)
