  • Jammie Havens - Kudos to Jammie Havens for elevating good vibes and positive wins at The Outpost Safe Stay community! Jammie joins her teammates in creating positive spaces filled with you-can-do-it vibes and smiles. Don’t let the smiles fool you, though; Jammie gets serious about supporting the OI Pathways team’s documentation to help everyone reach their goals of better next steps.

  • Jennifer Klein -Kudos to Jennifer Klein for taking the extra time to celebrate wins and elevate the kindness that happens at St Paul’s Men’s Shelter. Jennifer sees the small gestures between people as something BIG in this space, like good-luck hugs between supportive friends made.  She is a big part of creating a space where every step towards something better, like Scott’s housing goal achieved made, can and should be celebrated!

  • Crystal Drake - Kudos to Crystal Drake for really caring and going the extra mile to navigate the special needs of the folks at St Paul’s Men’s Shelter. Crystal really works hard at keeping the guys focused on what needs to get done next on their Pathways to not miss opportunities for housing in the future, all while still taking time along the way to celebrate the now on special days like Superbowl Sunday.

  • Matthew Oakes - Kudos to Matthew Oakes for being a guiding force to everyone at the Outpost Safe Stay Community, team members, residents, and community alike! Matthew keeps everyone connected to resources, support, accountability, and their goals. On top of that, he also keeps people connected to their joy! Check out his elevation of Pat’s joy over his new keys and capturing visiting volunteers bringing their joy along with hot cocoa
