Nichole Peppers
Executive Director

Nichole Peppers Webster became SWACH’s Executive Director in December 2021. Prior to becoming the Executive Director, she was the HealthConnect Networks Manager at SWACH. Before joining SWACH’s team, Nichole worked at YWCA Clark County as the Director SafeChoice domestic violence programs. Committed to equity and anti-violence practices, she has served as a member of racial equity assessment and planning committees since 2015.

Nichole holds a graduate degree in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University. She completed her thesis work with Center for Trauma Support Services, and has taught course work at Oregon State Penitentiary. Nichole obtained her bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs from Washington State University.

Nichole and her family love being outside. You can find them on any weekend hiking or gardening. Nichole is a PTSA member, a volunteer at Hough Elementary school in her daughter’s class, and a Leadership Clark County member Class of 2021.
