Search Process for Director of Equity and Collaborative Impact

Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health strives to apply an equity lens to each aspect of our work. When looking for our next Director of Equity and Collaborative Impact, it is important that we reflect that commitment in our search process. Partnering with Collective Works Consulting, SWACH leadership developed an inclusive and transparent search process, which included:

• Involving SWACH staff at all levels throughout the entire process

• Co-leading the review and update of the job description with Collective Works Consulting

• Developing interview questions with staff members reflecting the different teams at SWACH

• Involving staff in the application selection process

• Selecting community and staff interview participants

The Director of Equity and Collaborative Impact will oversee important programs, initiatives, and relationship building for SWACH. The organization is currently interviewing applicants and an announcement should be expected in the next several weeks.
