New Hires and Departures at SWACH

We have had changes to our team since our last newsletter. We are excited to welcome a new HealthConnect Program Coordinator, and sad to see our Collaborative Impact Project Manager leave.

Welcome, Shay Scott!

SWACH is excited to welcome Shay Scott to our team. She joins us as a HealthConnect Program Coordinator. Prior to joining us in this position, Shay collaborated with our organization as a Community-Based Worker through the HRSA COVID-19 vaccine outreach program. Born and raised in SW Washington, she has spent her time focusing on areas of need specifically in the public schools where she advocates for students of color.

In her free time, Shay enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips to the coast, and finding new parks to explore with her 4-year-old daughter.

Saying Farewell to Ami Hanna

Ami Hanna, SWACH’s Collaborative Impact Project Manager recently left SWACH for a new position with Comagine Health.

Ami accomplished great things during her time in this position - including the implementation of five Narcan vending machines.

We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Ami, and we wish her all the best in her new role!

Ami recently received the community partner award from Lifeline Connections.
