Changes to the HealthConnect Team

As part of our February HealthConnect Bulletin, we wanted to share a recent staffing change with our team. Sashila Mistiuk, HealthConnect Networks Manager, is transitioning to SWACH’s Equity and Collaborative Impact team as the Collaborative Impact Projects Manager (effective March 6, 2023).

Sashila has done so much for both the HealthConnect team and SWACH in her time in this role. We are deeply grateful for her contributions to the community-based workforce, which include developing the HealthConnect Bulletin, supporting the HealthConnect Monthly Cohort meetings (especially when the team was short-staffed), standing up the HealthConnect Advisory Committee, and increasing equitable access to community-based care coordination by developing referral partner relationships with local schools.

While we are sad to see Sashila leave HealthConnect, we are excited to welcome her to our Equity and Collaborative Impact team. We look forward to seeing the positive impact she will continue to have in our community in this new role.
