Introducing Community Health Improvement

Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health is excited to announce the launch of a new department, known as Community Health Improvement! This new department will help expand SWACH’s reach on important topics like rural health networks, opioid use disorder and substance use disorder (OUD/SUD), and community paramedicine. 

The department is currently overseeing SWACH’s network of vending machine partners as a part of their work as well.

Ashley Gaffney recently joined SWACH as the Director of Community Health Improvement. She brings nine years of experience in the non-profit sector, most of which was in direct services with the houseless community. You can read her bio on our website.
