SWACH to Host Opioid Action Summit
Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health (SWACH), in partnership with local elected officials and stakeholders, is hosting a special event focused on solutions and action to address the opioid crisis in Southwest Washington.
WHAT: The Opioid Action Summit, Clark County | #OASC18 is an open event to bring community members together to prioritize solutions to reduce the opioid crisis. Join us to celebrate innovative work being done to respond to the opioid crisis, brainstorm and learn about potential policy solutions. After the event program, community organizations can host a booth to share about their innovative work and all are invited to enjoy food and networking during the social hour.
WHAT: The 2018 Opioid Action Summit, Clark County | #OASCC 2018 will bring local leaders and community members together to share, discuss and learn about potential policy solutions to the opioid crisis. The event is free and open to the public.
WHO: Local organizations including Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health (SWACH) and the Healthy Living Collaborative, plus tribal nations, community health workers, peers, community residents, media and elected officials.
