SWACH Announces New Board Appointees
We’re pleased to announce that beginning in 2019, Roxanne Wolfe, community health and safety director for Clark County Public Health, will serve as SWACH Board of Trustees president. Wolfe joined public health in January, 2015 and has served on the SWACH board since 2017. Wolfe has also served as a steering committee member of the Healthy Living Collaborative for the past two years. She previously worked as a health and wellness consultant and health benefits administrator, overseeing development and implementation of health and wellness programs and health education for more than 8,000 employees and dependents. She has a MPH from Loma Linda University and an MPA from California State University.
Wolfe replaces outgoing SWACH Board of Trustees president Jon Hersen of Legacy Health. We thank Jon for his service as SWACH Board of Trustees president and his ongoing commitment to improving health for residents of Southwest Washington.
Danny Fontoura, chief financial officer for PeaceHealth Columbia Network, joined the Board of Trustees in October. He has also been appointed to the finance committee. Fontoura brings experience in hospital leadership, clinical operations, healthcare finance and managed care to the Board of Trustees. He obtained his MBA from the Yale University School of Management.
John (Bunk) Moren also recently joined the Board of Trustees. Moren has served as executive director of Community Services Northwest since 2013. He has a master’s degree of Science in Education from PACE University and has worked in behavioral health for 11 years.
