New Faces: SWACH Names Molly Haynes as Deputy Director
Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health (SWACH) has named Molly Haynes as deputy director. Molly will direct and strengthen SWACH’s collective impact structure, which provides collaborative learning, brings community wisdom into health transformation and incentivizes equity to catalyze change across Southwest Washington.
Prior to coming to SWACH, Molly enjoyed a 17-year career at Kaiser Permanente Northwest where she served most recently as director of community health. In that role, she partnered with organizations across the region to improve health and equity through policy and systems change. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Molly served in the U.S. Army for four years as a registered dietitian. She’s also a longstanding participant in the Healthy Living Collaborative, now a SWACH program, where she was a founding member on the HLC Steering Committee. Molly holds a degree in exercise science from the University of Puget Sound and earned her Master’s in Public Health from Portland State University.
“Molly’s significant experience in community health and her background with the Healthy Living Collaborative make her a perfect fit for her role at SWACH,” said Barbe West, executive director. “We look forward to working with Molly as we continue to unite with our community partners to build a healthier future for everyone in Southwest Washington”.
